The ornament is nice. I ordered ornaments from 5 different etsy stores. This store had the most complicated personalization process and the slowest shipping. I specifically didnt like that you had to buy the ornament first before you learned about how to personalize it. All other stores let you personalize it, proof it then buy it. For that reason I wouldnt buy from them again
