I should have read the description better. It was a flimsy piece of metal that was so small it was hard to read the words. I paid extra to customize it which only meant I got to choose from several templates. Thinking that the folks would review the piece before manufacturing it I didn't line the photo up correctly. They didn't bother to adjust it.
