The vendor was quick to respond when I had problems with the design-your-own software and turn around time was good.
I was disappointed I couldn’t replicate the same design as advertised because I really liked how it looked. The design software made all the text white and the furever loved couldn’t be changed. I also liked how the photo was off center. I couldn’t figure out how to do that either. Maybe user error or the way the software worked on my computer.
