I had a good customer experience - they reached out with a proof right away and I approved - received it in a timely manner - but I could NOT get the sticker off the backing paper! It started to tear a little in my continued efforts so I wound up taping it on with double-sided tape (thankfully I had on hand). I had someone else try to help me as well and it felt as if it would rip the sticker or take off the sticky part if we tried to separate them. Disappointing.
