Online customization program was easy to use. Order came exactly on time and the quality was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the product. Only downside for me was the high shipping cost for 4 day shipping - in my case $22.50 for 3 pieces of paper - which you don't see until you checkout after spending time on a design. I would have cancelled the order if I had not just spent an hour designing. The solution - order with plenty time to spare and the cost is much more reasonable.
