I received my item Friday the 24th. I got the completely wrong item. I emailed the company three times and called and left voicemails... yet no response. I even stated mistakes happen just make it right.. but now i just want my money back! This is a business and to ignore a paying customer, when the company messed up is just unprofessional and I will be contacting the BBB. The pic below is what I ordered a frosted background with white writing the pic underneath is whatbi got a gold one.
