Terrible customer service and does not honour warranty on faults that are their issues.
Bought a bath from ideal standard and there is a crack
I’m the inner fibre glass acrylic. The fitter says this is a manufacturing fault. This is supposed to be covered under ideal standards warranty and they have said that the crack is an impact fault caused by me. This bath has been fitted a month and used twice. I had to chase this matter for three months to get this conclusion. Disgusting customer service and will be escalating to an outside party.
