These certins, charged me additional charges and sent my details to a debt recovery company!
They allegedly tried to take my payment which I had ordered the item on Flexi pay, but couldn't despite me making the original payment via the same bank account???
I sent them emails, called the extortionate help line only to be put in queue!
I will be notifying trading standards about this scam, and.never purchase from this company again.
