“Did a lot of shopping with the original Ideal World but won't shop there now. Expensive items. Tatty goods. Rubbish presenters and models. Really gone downhill.”

“Bought the Bliss & Beyond ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER Absolutely useless, returned It but then it was sent back to me, IDW claimed there was nothing wrong with it and wouldn't give refund because I had tried it. They say on the program try it for 30 days if not satisfied return it.”

“There selling invicta watches claiming there saving you £100s of pounds I have certain higher end invicta watches and there excellent but there was several invicta watches on the orther night claiming it was over £400 I checked with Invicta stores it was on offer for£30 they are massively over inflated on ideal and they had another invicta claiming it's RRP was £. 947 yet the most it's ever been was £385 and £180 at sale I have lots of invicta watches and there excellent but don't fall for there so called savings they had 3 on the orther night all between £200 and £349 each I could of bought all 3 for £150 and free shipping”

“UnHappy! I purchased a Red Casserole Pan £29.99 From Ideal World and returned it because it was too heavy for me to lift. I Expected my Refund to have a £3.99 Deduction as stated and was alarmed when I only received £22.40.instead of £26.00 Call with Customer Services said I had a DISCOUNT !! The price on W.I. Website clearly advertised it at £29.99 and they say there was *DISCOUNT* set which affected my Refund .I neither asked for or saw anything about this discount. Daylight robbery .I should have had £26.00 refunded . This is totally unacceptable trading practice . Trading Standards should examine this .”

“I rang about order that I had asked to be delayed and was assured TWICE it would be despatched right away and would be with me 3 to 5 days. Not hearing another word from I.W I had live chat and ow told it will be sent after 25th May and then live chat closed chat. Very angry about customer service telling me said goods were on way.”

“I asked if a purchase could be sent a week after it would normally be sent out and if nit i wouldnt make the order. I was assured 3 times yes that would be fine. I go on holiday and low and behold said item was delivered unsuccessfully twice.I was lied to just to get my order. Om furious i asked 3 times to have delivery after 5th May. I better get the order on Tuesday!!! J Reeve”

“I phoned to place a order for 3 gummies. On checking my bank statement they had charged me for 2 lots of 3 and 1 single order. I phoned them and said no way dud I order a single one and told them.. They said you must have. How could I , I only phoned once. They said just send them .back. I will be be charged postage. He said phone is and we will refund you . On the same topic of postage and packing they charge you postage on each item. They don't tell you that on the TV. I ordered 2 lots of something which come in the same box. I phoned customer service and said I want a refund on postage because it came in 1 box and stop misleading customers. He wasn't really interested just said I will let them know. I have come to my senses at last about this company.I will not be buying in future.”
