“There selling invicta watches claiming there saving you £100s of pounds I have certain higher end invicta watches and there excellent but there was several invicta watches on the orther night claiming it was over £400 I checked with Invicta stores it was on offer for£30 they are massively over inflated on ideal and they had another invicta claiming it's RRP was £. 947 yet the most it's ever been was £385 and £180 at sale I have lots of invicta watches and there excellent but don't fall for there so called savings they had 3 on the orther night all between £200 and £349 each I could of bought all 3 for £150 and free shipping”

I purchased a Red Casserole Pan £29.99 From Ideal World and returned it because it was too heavy for me to lift. I Expected my Refund to have a £3.99 Deduction as stated and was alarmed when I only received £22.40.instead of £26.00
Call with Customer Services said I had a DISCOUNT !! The price on W.I. Website clearly advertised it at £29.99 and they say there was *DISCOUNT* set which affected my Refund .I neither asked for or saw anything about this discount.
Daylight robbery .I should have had £26.00 refunded . This is totally unacceptable trading practice . Trading Standards should examine this .”

“I phoned to place a order for 3 gummies. On checking my bank statement they had charged me for 2 lots of 3 and 1 single order. I phoned them and said no way dud I order a single one and told them.. They said you must have. How could I , I only phoned once. They said just send them .back. I will be be charged postage. He said phone is and we will refund you .
On the same topic of postage and packing they charge you postage on each item. They don't tell you that on the TV.
I ordered 2 lots of something which come in the same box. I phoned customer service and said I want a refund on postage because it came in 1 box and stop misleading customers. He wasn't really interested just said I will let them know.
I have come to my senses at last about this company.I will not be buying in future.”
