“There selling invicta watches claiming there saving you £100s of pounds I have certain higher end invicta watches and there excellent but there was several invicta watches on the orther night claiming it was over £400 I checked with Invicta stores it was on offer for£30 they are massively over inflated on ideal and they had another invicta claiming it's RRP was £. 947 yet the most it's ever been was £385 and £180 at sale I have lots of invicta watches and there excellent but don't fall for there so called savings they had 3 on the orther night all between £200 and £349 each I could of bought all 3 for £150 and free shipping”

“UnHappy! I purchased a Red Casserole Pan £29.99 From Ideal World and returned it because it was too heavy for me to lift. I Expected my Refund to have a £3.99 Deduction as stated and was alarmed when I only received £22.40.instead of £26.00 Call with Customer Services said I had a DISCOUNT !! The price on W.I. Website clearly advertised it at £29.99 and they say there was *DISCOUNT* set which affected my Refund .I neither asked for or saw anything about this discount. Daylight robbery .I should have had £26.00 refunded . This is totally unacceptable trading practice . Trading Standards should examine this .”

“I rang about order that I had asked to be delayed and was assured TWICE it would be despatched right away and would be with me 3 to 5 days. Not hearing another word from I.W I had live chat and ow told it will be sent after 25th May and then live chat closed chat. Very angry about customer service telling me said goods were on way.”

“I asked if a purchase could be sent a week after it would normally be sent out and if nit i wouldnt make the order. I was assured 3 times yes that would be fine. I go on holiday and low and behold said item was delivered unsuccessfully twice.I was lied to just to get my order. Om furious i asked 3 times to have delivery after 5th May. I better get the order on Tuesday!!! J Reeve”

“Ideal World is the Poundland of shopping channels. They're selling absolute tat and the presenters are an embarrassment. Prices are too high as well for what's on offer and the items are available elsewhere at lower cost.”

“I phoned to place a order for 3 gummies. On checking my bank statement they had charged me for 2 lots of 3 and 1 single order. I phoned them and said no way dud I order a single one and told them.. They said you must have. How could I , I only phoned once. They said just send them .back. I will be be charged postage. He said phone is and we will refund you . On the same topic of postage and packing they charge you postage on each item. They don't tell you that on the TV. I ordered 2 lots of something which come in the same box. I phoned customer service and said I want a refund on postage because it came in 1 box and stop misleading customers. He wasn't really interested just said I will let them know. I have come to my senses at last about this company.I will not be buying in future.”

“This channel is total garbage.The production is awful as are the presenters considering mike mason and Peter Simon are supposedly the most experienced where do I begin you've got ps coming across with smutty innuendos and trying to be like larry grayson.i wonder if he could sell a product without saying right ok as I say just have it.mm is so full of himself how can everything he sells be flying out loads of buyers coming in these are going to sell out only to see items constantly reappear.Total bullshitter”

“3 small bottles of serums instant effects sent it back could get it at hjalf the price got nothing like what i paid they stopped me almost £9.00 postage at no point was we told the little bottles in the box that i paid £3.50 to return that we had to pay £2.99 for each little in the box .ive lost so much money and cant afford to allow a shopping channel to rob me some one needs to sort this out we are being lied to all the time .i was told that nearly £9.00 was for vat but now they are lying to me .presenters keep stating you get your money back and this couldnt be further from the truth .I NEED SOME ADVICE FROM SOME ONE I REALLY HAVE BEEN SCAMMED I FEEL A FOOL FOR LETTING YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME and when contacting customer care just keep getting different answers regards a very unhappy member of public .christine Peace”

“Customer service methods of addressing refunds ridiculous. Answer to message about refund sparks a case number as a reference. Any further messages about refunds prompt more case numbers or even conflicting replies which say refunds have been made - will be made - item has not been received in the company -. It does not help speaking to a member of staff or trying 'chat with someone' - nobody there!”
