“Ideal world just shown nice leather bags-but we never get shown around inside the bag at all.Also perfume,not told some idea of the smell/what its made of etc.Programmes never start dead on time.Prefered the old Ideal World.”

“What disappointment, I used to buy regularly from IW, but I wouldn't buy a thing now. Where to begin with how bad it is? The whole set up is rubbish, obviously, they have proe who have nl idea what they're doing. They are constantly advertising other things. I waited 10 minutes to see what they were going to say of the product on screen, but they were flashing other things all that time, I turned it off, won't be watching it again until it's sold to someone who can run a shopping channel properly, if they don't do that soon, they'll be off the screen again very soon!!!”

“I can't believe how Ideal World has gone down hill so much since returning the programmes are so boring with a whole show been taken up with just one item. The new presenters are less than experienced and struggle to know how to present the one item... the clothes are horrendous and so old fashioned compared to the clothes on the old Ideal World.... the Monday, Wednesday and Friday fashion programmes were worth watching but now the fashion is only fit for the bin..... I now tune in to the other shopping channels and enjoy the good quality clothes that are shown.. I will continue watching these channels as I can't stand the boring channel that Ideal World has become... SHAMEFUL!!”

“I thought I would give them a second chance. Surely they can’t sell stock they don’t have yet again ! How wrong was I. A sales pitch urging people not to miss out. As an early buyer I bought something they clearly hadn’t secured stock off. The business model is to secure your money and then stall on responding to emails in the hope they will get more stock eventually. I think this is a Trading Standards issue, but be warned and don’t be fooled by their desperation to secure your money. Customer Support will copy and paste text into an email. Zero support !!”
“Could not believe what i heard Peter Simon said,selling the hand warmer, he said its good for pregnant women, put it between your legs!!,and good for that time of the month, put it on your stomach.We dont need to be told personal things like that.Find him quite smutty at times.”
“The old IW was good to watch, with varied, appealing items. I did buy quite a few bargains. Now it is drab, the items look like clearance/old stock at exorbitant prices. Very disappointing. Cannot watch this rubbish any more. I do feel sorry for the presenters.”

I was a long time customer previously and bought many many items of fashion, electrical items etc. Now they sell boring old fashioned over-priced clothes with absolutely no style. The presenters ramble on & on & on for ages over ONE item be it a watch or a walking stick until boredom surely causes most viewers to switch off. I don’t even bother to tune in any more - it used to be a great shopping channel with interaction between the presenters and the models now it’s one model doing her best to rave over some truly awful expensive old fashioned item of clothing. There really is a limit on how many faux fur trimmed kimonos or watches or walking sticks a person needs!”
“Poor presenters who at times sound like market traders . Absolutely shocking studio filming . I’m sure a better quality could be achieved on a camera phone . Products look like the end of line and the studio sets look amateurish.”
