“I phoned to place a order for 3 gummies. On checking my bank statement they had charged me for 2 lots of 3 and 1 single order. I phoned them and said no way dud I order a single one and told them.. They said you must have. How could I , I only phoned once. They said just send them .back. I will be be charged postage. He said phone is and we will refund you .
On the same topic of postage and packing they charge you postage on each item. They don't tell you that on the TV.
I ordered 2 lots of something which come in the same box. I phoned customer service and said I want a refund on postage because it came in 1 box and stop misleading customers. He wasn't really interested just said I will let them know.

“Customer service methods of addressing refunds ridiculous. Answer to message about refund sparks a case number as a reference. Any further messages about refunds prompt more case numbers or even conflicting replies which say refunds have been made - will be made - item has not been received in the company -. It does not help speaking to a member of staff or trying 'chat with someone' - nobody there!”

“I recently purchased a Homesmart Microwave Non Stick Grill Pan but when it arrived the packaging stated "Microwave Cooking Pot". Also, there were no "User Instructions" enclosed. I queried this and I was assured this was the correct item. I have since emailed them twice regarding the Users Guide and on both occasions my email has been rejected!! What excuse can there be for this?”
“I ordered and received a NuFit Pro slimming belt. Of course, I needed to try if it actually did what was promised. In my opinion, an absolute waste of money. I rang Ideal World to say I wish to return it and was told I could not for 'hygiene' reasons. At no time did I hear the presenter state 'no returns'. If so, I would not have ordered. How can you assess an item without trying it? But I am nearly £400 out of pocket for this item and have lost my trust in the 'gush' from the seller. I would advise others not to buy this item! Again, a waste of money. I will never buy from Ideal World again!”
“On the whole I think ideal world is very informative and the majority of the presenter are entertaining very likeable and they strive to bring great products at affordable prices, but to be perfectly honest I don’t watch now before 10am as your beauty presenters I feel are a little bit too pushy and to women of a certain age this quite intimidating.”

“Once again ideal world cherry picking review... I ordered chil tex pillow cases... Peter the presenter was so gushing!!! ( I should have been suspicious) these are cold to the feel.. Even cold through your pillow cases even when you wake up you will feel the coldness.... Utter rubbish all the above is untrue.. They are semi quilted 40% nylon and 60% polyester as on the label... I have sent my 1 star review to ideal world.. Yet again not posted on the website I have emailed them and they replied... It takes 14 days to post reviews... Just enough time to present the item again and they will hopefully get rid of the stock of these just zipped pillow cases... My suggestion just go to Dunelm and purchase a pair of there excellent high tread count cotton zipped pillow cases for about half the price of the rubbish ideal world are trying to pedal!!!!”

“Since the relaunch quality has gone down the toilet. Looking at what they’re settling most of it comes from Ali express or bankruptcy auctions. Is it even legal to sell things before you have them In stock? PS and MM still pushing tatt like it’s the best thing you’ll ever buy. MM sounds like a dodgy market stall holder. Finally what’s going on with production values. The shows look and sound terrible. Note to the camera operators there’s a thing called a focus ring, try using it”
