I recently purchased a Homesmart Microwave Non Stick Grill Pan but when it arrived the packaging stated "Microwave Cooking Pot". Also, there were no "User Instructions" enclosed. I queried this and I was assured this was the correct item. I have since emailed them twice regarding the Users Guide and on both occasions my email has been rejected!! What excuse can there be for this?
