I phoned to place a order for 3 gummies. On checking my bank statement they had charged me for 2 lots of 3 and 1 single order. I phoned them and said no way dud I order a single one and told them.. They said you must have. How could I , I only phoned once. They said just send them .back. I will be be charged postage. He said phone is and we will refund you . On the same topic of postage and packing they charge you postage on each item. They don't tell you that on the TV. I ordered 2 lots of something which come in the same box. I phoned customer service and said I want a refund on postage because it came in 1 box and stop misleading customers. He wasn't really interested just said I will let them know. I have come to my senses at last about this company.I will not be buying in future.
