“Oh dear. It’s so obvious that Ideal World are trying to win back customers from its previous time on tv but it seems the TJC model is dominant and it just won’t work. The products are a bit tatty, the graphics are bad and it’s all a but cheap and nasty now. I have to admit that I fell for the hype a few weeks back and bought a pair of trainers. They arrived…both of them were for the right foot and one of them had very obviously been worn. Honestly my husband and I just laughed and said never again. The plus is that the refund went through smoothly and return postage was paid. I’d avoid but if you want to take a chance I hope it works out.”

“I loved the old ideal world but don't like the new one . I have bought quite a lot from tjc but only on line . I think it was so much better before like qvc but not anymore .I was for years in the 1960s a store demonstrator and I also worked at the ideal home and other exhibitions and its just like the speal we used to sell products. It's lost its heart .”

“Ideal world just shown nice leather bags-but we never get shown around inside the bag at all.Also perfume,not told some idea of the smell/what its made of etc.Programmes never start dead on time.Prefered the old Ideal World.”

“If leanard can replace wrong items sent to me asap he did on his computer why can Luxary replace again wrong items sent to me saying it’s up to the warehouse to make that decision !! What I’ve paid for 3 bengaline trousers but I must take it to Asda which I have no problem only parking ticket to be paid for and you won’t help me with your mistake then to confuse me more Luxary said they will refund me !!! I just want a replacement so how can 2 customer service agents have different rules !!!! And as a customer I’m still blocked because I made a mistake on their credit easy pay ? Which I can’t remember as I’ve always from years ago always paid and been a good customer so things don’t change !!! I felt there was no understanding from customer agent today unlike last time”

“Super stretch bengalines are so comfortable but all the elastic 'pinged' down the seams after wearing 3-4 times!!! Not a good look. Looks like fine hairs☹️”

“Would be five stars for the product but the container triggers are rubbish Williams wash and wax the product in the bottle is superb, but over the last year or so the triggers on the bottles have become cheaper and cheaper now your lucky if they work for 2 minutes. This spoils a great product”

“I bought garden compost in February 2021 and when it arrived found it's not the same quality as I previously purchase. It was more 80% wood fibre, grey in colour, The quality had being reduced. Ideal World just return my money and said keet the goods , but it's is no use for my garden plants, so I must dispose of it my self.”

“Bought a CCCP Watch after watching Kevin Reynolds and Peter your rep on TV. A used watch arrived a Kasholot submarine etc . Sruffaly sent in a lovely box. Did not work ,protective layers, where screwed up like a piece of bubblegum And still waiting for a new replacement or full money and postage back , Sent back on 9thsept 2020 , today is 28th nothing yet but a sarcastic remark on an E mail from customer services ideal world”

“my husband purchased strawberries I did take any notice when they came and he planted strait away but whilst watching live TV today and them showing the strawberries he said his didn't look like that there wasn't 1 leaf on any of them so when I checked to see how they was coming on they are all dead, My husband said they was like that when he recieved them. now requested a refund and still waiting for another order taking for ever”

“Well read all the reviews on blue magic and watch the sale pitch on.tv so I thought I try this well won't a disappointment try it on a baked bean stain at med strength didn't touch it so strengthed to max didn't touch it try it on oven move a little grease had to go back to my Old oven cleaner haven't tried it on anything else yet but I thing any other cleaner would do the same job”

“I was watching le cordon blue and noticed the chef used the same knife and board for cutting raw chorizo sausage and cooked chicken and he did not wash hands as you know this is bad practice it was on the21 11 2018”

“Bought some goods and didn't do the job it was supposed to, contacted the customer services and after dozens of emails and pictures I was informed I wouldn't be getting a refund as they described it as my error. I would rather use QVC and they have a new quibble money back guarantee”

“I ordered the full BOGOFF set the other day only to find that the concentrate is missing from the order and now will have to await the best part of a week to get what I want. I am so annoyed and the guy on the phone could hardly speak English and spoke over what I was trying to say. No wonder they cannot get it right! Sticking to the shop brands in future, less hassle!”
