Customer service methods of addressing refunds ridiculous. Answer to message about refund sparks a case number as a reference. Any further messages about refunds prompt more case numbers or even conflicting replies which say refunds have been made - will be made - item has not been received in the company -. It does not help speaking to a member of staff or trying 'chat with someone' - nobody there!
