“Ordered a flosser which didn’t arrive after 10 days, so o emailed the customer service. Once they eventually got back to me, they said that they had received my return and we’re going to refund my money…Which they did. Only thing is…I hadn’t received it, so who had opened my personal mail, to get the return label out…Then, I got another mail to say that my goods had gone missing in the post, so they were refunding me….Very strange. In between ordering the flosser, I also bought some mens aftershave…on the 26th of October. As of today…the 2nd November…it still hasn’t been despatched…I wouldn’t be surprised if it also went “missing”, and I get another refund. Not a patch on the old IW…in terms of products, which mostly appear to be cheap items, delivery….or communication. I doubt that I’ll be ordering anything else…Which is a shame.”
“Bought a product from Ideal World Shopping. Everything went well Item was fine dleivered quickly etc until it developed a fault. Now Ideal World are not intersted as my item was purchased though the Ideal World which went bust. The new Ideal World will not help. Can not get in touch with the manufacturer. I have sent numerous requests to try to arrange repair to date nothing. I should of just gone to a high street shop. Beware.”

This letter arrived on Saturday but I will be on the phone first thing Monday to try and sort out what is happening. I am never late with paymenys to anybody so am very annoyed. “Purchased sunglasses they arrived very poor quality £62.00 so I returned them via asda to you this was a week before they went into administration, they must have known they in were difficulties but carried on selling goods regardless,so I don't expect I'll see my refund.
