Ordered a tower vl30 plus what arrived a tower vl30.The model was not the one shown on the TV. Contacted customer services who said the would get the item picked up via every who found the bar code sent was not valid. I have now sent it via asda toyou.watch this space to see if I get a refund....Do not need all this messing about...never again.
