I am so angry with this company. Since they went bust regular flexi payments have been going out of my account so I thought everything was ok. To my amazement I have received a letter from a Debt Recovery company claiming I owe Ideal World £41.40. This letter arrived on Saturday but I will be on the phone first thing Monday to try and sort out what is happening. I am never late with paymenys to anybody so am very annoyed. Will never buy anything From Ideal World again
