I rang about order that I had asked to be delayed and was assured TWICE it would be despatched right away and would be with me 3 to 5 days. Not hearing another word from I.W I had live chat and ow told it will be sent after 25th May and then live chat closed chat. Very angry about customer service telling me said goods were on way.
