UnHappy! I purchased a Red Casserole Pan £29.99 From Ideal World and returned it because it was too heavy for me to lift. I Expected my Refund to have a £3.99 Deduction as stated and was alarmed when I only received £22.40.instead of £26.00 Call with Customer Services said I had a DISCOUNT !! The price on W.I. Website clearly advertised it at £29.99 and they say there was *DISCOUNT* set which affected my Refund .I neither asked for or saw anything about this discount. Daylight robbery .I should have had £26.00 refunded . This is totally unacceptable trading practice . Trading Standards should examine this .
