Placed an order on the 4th April. Payment including postage and packing charge was taken but to date over a week later nothing has been dispatched and customer service are unable to advise what the delay is or when it will be resolved. I can ring a national rate number to claim a refund but no idea how long it will take and judging from the service thus far it is likely to cost several pounds to get my money back. Disgusting lack of customer service.
