I ordered a treadmill and put my home address due to the size and weight - I work full time so was a bit anxious about being there when they delivered it, but on the confirmation email they advise you that an email would be sent advising of delivery date. I was advised 2-4 days. After 5 days I telephoned customer services, because I had another email from Ideal World saying I needed to complete my order - she confirmed I had placed and paid for my order and that she would put a note on my records to say that I needed notification before delivery. Then a knock at my door early yesterday afternoon with a man saying he has a delivery for me - thankfully I was home to receive it. So not too long a wait on delivery - just didn't know it was coming! Bit of a shambles really and not sure I would order from them again.
