BEWARE not like they used to be,very very poor customer service,had to send mattress back because sides were crushing in and was told would be up to 21 working days for replacement or refund even after I had told them I had health issues and no other mattress they just didn't care,and was told to get neighbours and relatives to help me roll the mattress for collection seriously it's an absolute joke and cost me over £8 in phone calls.
