I bought a beldrey floor cleaner that wouldn’t charge after 6 times of use. Nightmare to send back. Loads of excuses from ideal world 13p a minute phone calls and believe me your lucky if you can get off the phone after 20mins waiting just to speck to someone. Total waste of my time and money. To take your money slow in returns. I truly believe if I hadn’t sent endless emails and placed lots of bad reviews I would still be waiting for my money. Nothing good to say about ideal world I’m afraid.
