We bought a mattress at ideal world. It is now having to be replaced. 😡After only 13 months. 😡It is useless. Obviously, a mattress should last longer than 13 months. Considering this bed is not used on a daily basis this a very poor performance. Apparently, a faulty product will only be replaced within a 12 month warranty.😡 Basically, they would like to buy a new mattress, even thought this mattress is not in a usable state after just 13 months. Don't waste your money.😡
