I purchased a ceramic heater on the 1st October and I am still awaiting delivery 54 days later with no communication from IW.
The invoice states that is will be dispatched within three days I waited 3 weeks then six weeks went by and still nothing to date.
This is not my first such experience I, their system seems to have a problem remembering to dispatch the products.
Before you purchase ensue that you are able to wait three months and do the chasing up in order to get the delivery.
Maybe it’s been dispatched but Post code WS3 3HU is too far away.
