Awful Don't buy anything from Ideal World
Ordered on 10/0124 Not received
Phoned 15/01/24 told it was a pre-order and would be sent 16th. Phoned again 18/01/24 told it would be despatched 20/01/24.
This was not a pre order
Operator said I couldn't cancel as their system didn't have that option would have to wait for delivery then return.
If they can take your money Why can't they refund it. Very peculiar
Won't be buying anything from Ideal World again
