Purchased a heated throw , it stopped working after a very short time ( so well into guarantee)Phoned customer service to be told they are the new Ideal World so they won't honour the guarantee. However they have the orginal presenters ! How ever convenient .
Will never use them again.
The actual tv programme is unwatchable anyway , shocking graphics and poor stock anyway.
Avoid , avoid , avoid .
