Bought Opatra synergy rose quartz marble facial device for £800. Arrived with the tip broken off, appeared to have been stuck on with white glue and the shrink wrap was loose. Think it had already been returned by another customer. It’s gone back and I’m waiting for a refund. Also bought the Cetuem HRC GOLD shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment set. Shampoo didn’t lather at all, couldn’t get the conditioner pump to work and there was no hole in the tonic bottle nozzle. My hair feels terrible, just going to wash it all out and go back to my normal shampoo and conditioner.
