Really annoyed with this company, customer service department is a joke. I recently placed an order for two palms plus planters and realised immediately I had not updated my address. Within minutes of placing the order I did a live chat and was reassured that the goods would be sent to the correct address, I then followed this up with several emails explaining the issue. Customer service advised I collect the goods from the old address. I explained this was in South Yorkshire and I now live in Hereford so impossible. Twenty five pounds down and fuming!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!
