Paid for identibase premium in joining.
My original certificate states;
“Unlimited change of address,
Addition of holiday address
One-off fee for the lifetime of your pet.”
Tried to make changes as telephone number needs changing, also we are moving, they want to charge me again
I have requested help,
I have to send them the certificate & try & find my original payment as proof.
Not very impressed. Altered my other dogs on different sites No Problem!
Think I will shift them all to Animal Tracker.
