“Absolutely fantastic customer service from Ryan,(previous customer adviser for Animal tracker),always greatly explaining all what I am not clear with.Due to change from Animal Tracker to Identibase it's been rocky road ,and I must say all Animal Tracker customer advisors, esspecialy Ryan and Vicky are more clear and more helpful and provide correct information not misleading information.I had relay on them quite a lot and I sincerely appreciate all the help they have done.However Identibase customer team also have helped ,but provided with misled information on few occasions,which I believe will be improved soon.
