"\u2018Lewis\u2019 from Identibase is on his own a reason to want to open an account with this professional database. As an animal charity we need a solid, reliable & efficient way to register chips and manoeuvre through the logistics of everything associated with. We have to maintain the dogs welfare throughout and have a company that supports this ethos both for owners and the welfare within the perimeters of legislation. \r\nWe might take it for granted that all that would be in place but behind the practicalities of this is the team that makes the cogs turn and brings the human element to any query etc. Lewis has been a magnificent experience in his execution of both professional conduct & and an approachable presence. \r\nTestimony to his patience, knowledge, skill & problem solving he navigated one of the most difficult periods with ease and modesty. The transition over from \u2018Animal Tracker\u2019 to \u2018Identibase\u2019 (a current amalgamation) is a monolithic technical nightmare I\u2019m sure, that few of us non-tech people could comprehend & yet Lewis has been punctual, helpful & prompt in every correspondence regardless of what must be a trying period for staff. He\u2019s exceptionally good at his job and is without doubt management worthy. He\u2019s exceptionally good at his job possessing such a graceful patience especially as I\u2019m not technically minded & don\u2019t always deliver information with the greatest clarity. Rescue work is hard and thus delivery can be too though Lewis wasn\u2019t phased by any muddled moment on my end. When the phone buffered because of a poor signal he just waited until it was ok again. I didn\u2019t feel rushed, when he hit an obstacle on his end he resolved it quickly and didn\u2019t put me on hold unless absolutely necessary, he was polite, he cared, he cared that I cared about the animals & his whole attitude is exactly what we would look for in a leader. I hope to see Lewis promoted. I write this as an independent charity and would urge you to use Identibase and strongly recommend them based on their clear dedication. Lewis is a credit to his team, team leader and any company.
