“Having a microchip drama, due to my own fault of not keeping information up to date and no longer having access to e-mail used to register a pet.
Rang up (was pleased to see UK based call centre) and spoke to the WONDERFUL Charlie, who went above and beyond for me. We sorted out the transfer that was needed, my change of name, my change of e-mail and my change of address. She also took the time to check for any other pets registered to me in their system so they could all be updated.
Honestly, Charlie is a massive asset to this company, she was warm and friendly and so helpful.”
“I was greeted on my call with a friendly.well informed lady who was helpful but so very kind too as I’ve become a bit of a dog bore since getting our Denny but you could tell she was interested and also lived dogs.”
“Elizabeth was really helpful setting up my dog’s smart tag. I was really grateful. She was great at advising me on what information was needed and if my dog was to get stolen. She also managed to resolve an login in to the app problem I was having. Thank you Elizabeth.”
