I have had extremely good service from Imogen with whom I spoke today(8th May) about renewing/replaceong the cat's collars from my two cats, as I had ordered the larger size (of a 50p) for the smaller one available (a 5p size) unfortunately they were too large and heavy. My previous dealings with Identibase, when I placed the Initial order, and paid the original £20, was also most helpful--the person then was Luke.
