My cat had been chipped twice by the time i owned her so i was concerned i would have to pay £30x2 to update both to my current address but Katy at Identibase advised she could put them under the same account for me with the one fee of £30, she did this all in an afternoon via a few exchange of emails - a very quick and happy resolution!
