Purchased a Proform C22 from them. It only lasted 3 years due to a software update, customer service couldn't care less that the bike shut down immediately after the update. Even though they had been found liable in the US and it was proven the software was the cause of the bike not working, the UK didn't want to know. They gave me the contact details for someone who could carry out the repair but he said I might as well buy a new bike as the software update required a new screen. Expensive bikes to replace every 3 years in my opinion. All they need to to is update the software and you need a new one.
