I would like to rate two things: 1. The Internet browser Trading facility is very good as it the client service. 2. The SmartPhone Trading facility is very poor and when ever there is an upgrade there are always issues, which means there is no real efficient testing occurring. An upgrade should tell the user which operating system the install would best work on, rather than assume everyone is on the same platform. Upgrades should also test performance. With the latest upgrade I can no longer use the mobile app for trading as it frustratingly slow unless I upgrade my phone I understand. I was not informed of this prior to the install. Account J1537
