Overall IG is very good with small spreads, relatively quick withdrawals (though should be same day) and good tools.
The main area for improvement is that the economic calendar often fails to display announcements, market analysis or news update can be 24 + hours old. Also the iPhone app really should have a facility to show the economic calendar.
