They will allow to deposit, trade and do other things but once you attempt to withdraw everything will be at a standstill. Today I was unable to connect io.net coins simply because I attempted to withdraw to an outside wallet.
IG.com is scam.
After 15 days of still not allowing my money out, I report them to Fosterboon.org, and Fosterboon.org took just 5 hours to get out my money, it was just like a miracle.
