I ordered a custom wedding dress, and it arrived completely sheer and see through. When I brought this to their attention, they told me it was "normal" and suggested I buy a slip. I'm not wearing a sheer wedding dress. I charged back. Shame on IGIGI treating a loyal customer of over a decade this way.
