Customer service was responsive. When I signed up for the email subscription, it said I'd get 25 dollars off my first purchase. The code never came through but I wanted the dress before it sold out so I reached out to see if they would price adjust and in a few days they got back to me and had removed the 25 dollars. I was pleased.
