We ordered for our son's 11th birthday. After doing some research, this one had been awarded 5 stars with stellar reviews. The hoverboard arrived yesterday - packaged perfectly. It came fully charged so my son was able to ride it immediately. It is a quiet, smooth ride. The LED lights looked really cool at night and the Bluetooth allowed him to listen to music while riding. We are very pleased with this purchase - no initial issues.
