“My son loves his hoverboard, got it for his 9th birthday, it was the only gift we got him and he was so happy, got the sweetest reaction out of him. This is awesome, he loves that he can connect his ipod to the board and play music while he rides around, the lights are awesome when riding it at night, the speakers are loud and instructions were real easy to follow. Not bad for the price, we are very happy with our purchase, especially the 9yr old”

“All I wanted was a return address to send this scooter back and to get my money back so we could get our son something else for Christmas after realising that the scooter is not suitable. Scooter cost 228 Return it they want 10% and because there is no issue with the scooter they want an additional 60. I feel like we've been robbed. The FedEx didn't even knock at our door to give us the opportunity for refusal. We couldn't cancel within 30 minutes so we cancelled before anything was posted. They want £60 for a shipping label. 10% for restocking. No contact from the company regularly and emails sent to me with a reply at 1:00am / 2:00am. I'm so shocked and really upset by all of this. It's asking was the item damaged - it's still in its full box - if you open the item you can't return it. You can't return it without a returns label. You email them and they take days to get back to you and it's always in the am. There is no one to contact by phone. No one on the chat page. No one via email until the early hours of the morning. Some of the emails come back in a different language.”

Il m'avait vu traverser des moments difficiles pour récupérer les fonds en quelques secondes par une "société" frauduleuse et paresseuse appelée Algoforex. Il a parcouru son la police judiciaire et les dossiers jusqu'à ce qu'il trouve un nom définitif, Theresachin Recovery Group, qui est le mieux classé en termes de commentaires et d'avis après avoir traité des cas de récupération. C'était rassurant, mais je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de attendre avant de tendre la main. pour eux, je leur ai envoyé un e-mail et je les ai appelés/Whatsapp sur Theresachin1212(AT)GMAIL(DOT)COM et WhatsApp : (PLUS)1 (234) 300‑1544. Nous parlons donc de 854 550 $ en jeu pour un homme de 29 ans, c'était beaucoup d'argent. Cela ne semblait tout simplement pas possible, du moins d'après mes expériences précédentes. Quand j'ai dit que j'avais crié lorsque j'avais reçu une notification bancaire concernant un dépôt de 854 550 $, c'était parce que je l'avais fait. problème concernant vos fonds, peut-être dans le cadre d'une fraude cryptographique ou en espèces, essayez-les simplement et peut-être que votre témoignage sera la rédemption de quelqu'un d'autre.”

“Pretending to be a UK company - contacts all divert to China. Worst company I’ve ever come across.  Got an ihoverboard for my son for Christmas - it worked for less than one day! It took IHoverboard weeks to finally admit theres a known motherboard fault and they’ve been messing me about ever since. First said I’d have to open it and got a new motherboard myself, then said id have to pay another £20 for a replacement unit, now they’re offering to refund if I pay to return the faulty model. Avoid at all costs, this company does not uphold UK legislation, I’ve had to submit a dispute to my credit card company…”

“Brand new I hoverboard electric scooter bought for my daughters birthday Long story short the scooter hasn't ever worked as expected 15 mins is not good enough!! Reported issue they have sent us replacement accelerator and motor for us to replace They refuse to swap or exchange for a working scooter Solution to problem was disconnect the e brake and sent some videos to watch to do it I will do my best to recommend everyone I know to avoid this company at all costs really disappointing customer service without a efficient resolution AVOID IHOVERBOARD”

“Purchased the off road all back hoverboard for Christmas. On Christmas despite despite me charging the device all Xmas eve the right motor wasn't working therefore the whole item was ineffective. I immediately emailed the company who advised a number of things I needed to do. Once I had done everything they asked they wanted further proof it wasn't working so I had to send in a email with a video. During this time they decided to change email address from.co.uk to com therefore no one was helping me anymore and a few months went by when I come across the hoverboard which is not gathering dust. My daughter is petering me now the weathers better to get this issue resolved. After a week I'm finally speaking to someone and have been advised they will send me a new motor which I need to install myself! Ridiculous! And also wait a month! Or if I want a full brand new hoverboard I need to pay £50 in delivery when I already spent 500 on this item which never worked. Now you're saying that the fault happened after 30 days even though my intial contact to you is within the 30 days! I will seek citizens advice and take this further it's disgusting Products used: We purchase a 500 off road hoverboard which hasn’t worked since the day it was opened on Christmd”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! TRY THEIR 'CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ONCE YOU THINK YOU MIGHT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED; - IT DOES NOT EXIST, RINGS OUT THE SONE CHINESE ANSER MACHINE KICKS IN. GET THIER EMAIL' CONFIRMATION' THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO ONE OF '3??' POTENTENTIAL DELIVERY COMPANIES....?? ZERO CONTACT, ZERO ORDER FULFILMENT, ZERO WAY OF GETTING RESOLUTION.”

“bad product and bad support 1. Wiring of the rear light is torn off after a short time due to improper attachment of the cable via the screw of the rear light. 2. The license plate holder has too little thickness of the material. The material breaks after a short time simply due to the vibrations that occur when driving on cobblestones. 3. The front light holder is not sufficiently secured against loosening. The product is defective and not recommended. The support only gets in touch very late and after you have refused a compensation of 40€, you just don't get it anymore. The manufacturer does not appear to have any warranty obligations.”

“DO NOT USE, FAULTY ITEM SENT AND WOULD NOT REPLACE! Bought hoverboard for my son for Christmas, board kept round and round, he end it falling off and really hurting himself. Contacted sales and was asked to send video in, as soon as they received video and realised they sold faulty hoverboard just decide to ignore us... Wish l checked their reviews before buying... another company out there to just scam people!”

“Hoverboard broke first day told me to fix it my self or take it to my local fix center which is 70 miles each way while were on lockdown was a Christmas present for my 8 year old daughter its now the 30th of Jan still not fixed told me to get a volt meter open hoverboard and try to fix it then told me they will have a UK fix shop as they are Germany based not a UK company wont pay to get it send back to them wont send me a refund I am taking legal action worst customer service I have even encountered in my life”

“I use it daily and I'm in love with it, no longer have to walk, take the bus or train if it's short distance. Battery last at least 40min of straight use and it charges completely in around 2hrs or so. Do not recommend to use it when raining but other than that is amazing!”

“Just what I wanted great power great battery life i can go 15-20 miles on a charge it’s rides a little rough because of the solid tires but I never have to worry about a flat tire. My weight is 160 and I don’t ride at top speed all the time .top speed is about 18-20 mph with a full charge as your charge goes down so does your top speed”

“In the beginning I was thinking about to purchase the kid scooter but later I decided to give the adult scooter a try.this scooter is not only for adults with kids over 12 years old they able to play with it. Easy to assemble this time of year is not to hot not too cold about right temperature to play outside. We all enjoy this scooter we will purchase another again.”
