I placed an order last week. Realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong hoverboard. Contacted the customer services email address immediately and asked to cancel the order. I had a few communication problems whereby the person replying didn't seem to understand that I wanted to cancel. Eventually I was offered some freebies in exchange for not cancelling the order. Live chat didn't work for me. Neither did the telephone number nor the Skype chat. However, after some to-ing and fro-ing by email, I did receive a full refund and the order was cancelled. Luckily too because I found out later that hoverboards / segways are illegal in all public areas in the UK.

Whilst this company is very hard to contact due to the World Timezone, if you contact them at the right time of day they will give you a refund for returned goods.

Terrible company do not touch them not based in UK no customer service disgusting.Will not answer phone or emails.AVOID!!!!!

Well got the hoover board for my 12 years old daughter for her pick it up Tuesday only to realise one of the speakers don’t work , and one of the foot pad can’t sense a foot it only does good on the right side and goes one way

late delivery, possible mix up at the shop/office/depot? Only opened to check colour and specification so haven't functioned as of yet. Hopefully everything will work as expected.
