Hoverboard arrived late , wasn't at all what was shown on the web page didn't have the bag or bluetooth remote as advertised, was a cheap imitation board without even a UK plug on it. Customer service none existant when tried to return or refund , when finally got through someone with very poor English said somebody would come to collect before they could refund and surprise surprise no one showed up . RIP off company definitly avoid them.
