It charged quickly and seems to be working perfectly. I had to contact customer service because I couldn't find the bluetooth speaker and my phone wasn't finding it at first when I scanned for it. The front lights also didnt look like the picture so I thought maybe I had received one without the speaker. They responded very quickly and told me they had a new design so the lights are different and the speaker is on the bottom. I realized the sticker was covering the speaker. My phone picked it up immediately when I scanned again. Must've been a problem with my phone. I'm very pleased with the quick response and the hoverboard.
