Just have it for the past few days. Already using it back and forth from office and home, about 2 miles each way on mostly flat surface, such as sidewalk and pedestrian crossing on intersections, etc. You notice the instant acceleration, and it takes a normal person like me 10 minutes to get used to balancing, deceleration and acceleration. I wear a helmet and everyone using these scooters should as well. I really love it. For the daily commute cost of taking buses, I save $5.80 per day. I'm loving it. So easy to carry around, got on train easily and fold into a very compact size. Put in the back of a trunk of car, its a breeze too since it is only 28lbs! At 28 lbs, it is lighter than a lot of bicycles and electric scooters alike! Charging is super easy. I charge it when I sleep. Wake up in the morning, it is ready to go. However, I think it only needs about 3-4 hours to fully charge its battery
