I have purchased several beds and ottomans in the last few year from Incy and the process has been absolutely seamless, smooth the super friendly. A wonderful customer journey , followed by superb products. My daughters bed has lasted many years and will even survive our upcoming reno as it's timeless and still as beautiful as on the first day.
