“Stay clear. They lie lie lie. Do not buy from Incy Interiors. I bought a bed and side table in January 2024 Still waiting. Was told in June it had arrived in their warehouse but after many promises to deliver we are still waiting”

“Cant believe they are still scamming online. Their warehouse has turned to a construction site, the contact number is disconnected. They are still trying to scam others. Do not fall into the scam guys.”

“PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING, YOUR ORDER WILL NEVER ARRIVE. They are stealing money from innocent customers who want to support small business. I pre ordered back in November 2023. Unfortunately, I paid through Afterpay with a promised delivery date of early 2024. Afterpay won't allow any claims placed after 120 days even though it's pre-ordered. My order still hasn't arrived and after numerous contact attempts and multiple excuses with change of ownership/delayed containers/'we should have your order shipped by...'. Their illion credit report is showing that the company is 'Under External Administration And/Or Controller Appointed'.”

“Zero stars. The worst company I’ve ever had experience withAbsolute scammers. They have zero shame and are taking money from people with no intention of sending the product. I urge anyone who’s wanting to buy from them to look at the ‘Impacted by Incy’ group on FB. 500 people who have been waiting up to a year for their orders and the company refuses to refund them. My toddler has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months because we ordered a bed in December thinking we’d have plenty of time that my newborn will fit into her cosleeper. 8 months later, still no bed and our baby needed the crib. They have zero shame. They delete anything negative on their social media, and actually went through the aforementioned fb group and manually blocked every person who’s in the group on FB and insta. It’s the most wild experience I’ve ever had. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will make sure to never buy anything from Tom Fitzpatrick or Kristy Lee Withers ever again.”

“Beware! Brand went into liquidation in Jan2024. Still accepting orders and not delivering. They will give you every excuse to say delivery delayed, delivery being shipped so can’t offer refund, can only get refund when you reject the order at your door (the delivery never comes). Read 100s of similar reviews. I called the bank and they offered refund within 48 hours. Complete scam”

“Ordered end January 2024 , still haven't received and we are mid July 2024. My baby nursery still empty, excuses after excuses for order not being here, didn't once receive a tracking number or shipment number.”

“SCAMMERS, BUYER BEWARE! We ordered a bed in December 2023 and received many emails saying it will be sent. It is now July 2024 and we have not received our bed. They have stopped replying to emails, blocked us on Facebook so we can't comment on posts asking for a refund, and are still advertising the same bed for sale we paid for but haven't received.”

“We ordered two beds from Incy. We were contacted with delivery dates that were continuously pushed back. Eventually they just stopped answering our calls and answering our emails We contacted the delivery company and were told they hadn’t paid their bills so deliveries couldn’t be made. Eventually we got our money back via our credit card. I now find out the company has gone into liquidation and the owner has sold to her brother. So many people have been scammed by this terrible company. Items either don’t arrive or arrive damaged.”

“Ordered some of the lullaby beds for my two boys - shipment has just arrived and I have just built them (by myself too! 💪) Super easy and quick to build, even with the assistance of my two "helpers"! Beds seem to be great quality so far.”

“My order was supposed to be delivered by 31st of March. I’ve received an email here and there starting this will be by the end of may.. end of June. Incy has new ownership and has put refunds on the customers to chase rather than just issuing refunds themselves. AVOID this company unless you like trying to get your money back via bank dispute ..”

“Employees are helpful and attentative with my queries when asked, the bed frame was delivered on time and carefully by the drivers and is really nice in person. Was a great price when I purchased and the quality exceeds my expectations especially given the price. Will shop again!”

“Had an all round great experience shopping with Incy! The staff seem to know what they are talking about and always kept me up to date with my order. Were really helpful when the courier took my order on a trip around Australia! Products are incredible and great quality! Daughter loves her penny bed!”
